My name is Hayley. I've been caring for and around children for as long as I can remember but professionally 10+ years. It's something that truly comes naturally to me. I love kids, and I'm known for being patient, creative, and present with them. My priority is to create a safe and trustworthy relationship with both the parents and children. As a child I had a caretaker and I still remember the memories she made with me. That experience shaped the way I care for children now, I know how lasting and important my time is with them. I want them to feel safe, happy, relaxed, and loved. In my most recent role, I also served as a house manager, helping with organization, light cleaning, pet care, and transportation. I only parted ways with that family because I moved states, but we still stay in touch. I'm someone who brings steadiness, warmth, and creativity to the home, and I really value building a connection with the kids I care for.
