I am both easy going and schedule oriented even though both don't usually seem to go together. I originally started my childcare experience in Huntington Beach, CA (hence the easy going and calmness- the beach brings that out in you) Through my experience working with families in both home and hotel settings, I’ve learned how important it is to create a warm, safe, and comforting environment—especially when children are in new or unfamiliar situations. I take pride in being a calm, steady, and positive presence that both children and parents can feel at ease with. My childcare philosophy is simple: I prioritize each family’s unique preferences, routines, and values while always maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality care. I understand that every family is different, and I approach each role with respect, flexibility, and attention to detail. Whether it’s following a specific schedule, supporting a parenting style, or adapting to a child’s individual needs, I aim to provide care that feels seamless and supportive for the family. What I enjoy most about working with children is getting to see the world through their eyes—their curiosity, creativity, and sense of wonder not to mention the simplicity of life at their age. I love engaging with them in ways that support their development, whether that’s through imaginative play, outdoor activities, or simply being present and listening. Building trust and meaningful connections with the children I care for is always at the heart of what I do. I tend to work best with families who value open communication, mutual respect, and a collaborative approach to childcare. I appreciate households that have clear expectations and routines, while also allowing space for warmth, flexibility, and a positive connection between caregiver and child. My goal is always to support not just the children, but the family as a whole, making life a little easier and more enjoyable for everyone.
